Situation 
La Pared is on the west coast of Fuerteventura and in the town, there are three bar/cafes, a small supermarket and surf school plus a few other local shops. The beach is best known for the surfing and it is rarely busy. 
The town is, approximately 10km from Costa Calma, (where the world championship wind surfing competition happens every July), 23km from Jandia and 60km from the airport and the capital of Puerto Del Rosario.
